The piece you need if you work with wooden wicks. They are sold without stands, and without one the wick leans in the still-soft wax.
A metal stand with a wide base and four clips, in a set of 20. Base diameter 2.4 cm, height 0.7 cm.
It works with all four shapes in the wooden range: straight, cross, wave, round. For candles with two wicks, count two stands.
The wide base keeps the wick upright in the first minutes of burning, the critical ones.

If you've bought wooden wicks, this is the stand you need. Wooden wicks are sold without stands, and without one the wick doesn't stay upright in the still-soft wax and leans as you pour.

Many manufacturers sell them in fixed sets. In the workshop that works out badly: a wooden wick is cut to the height of the glass and good pieces are left over for smaller candles, but the stands have run out, because they came counted with the wicks.
That is why we keep them separate. This way you use every piece of wick, and you order stands when you run out, and they run out faster than the wicks.
Sînziana says: “The stand is the piece nobody thinks about until it's missing. We've had customers who ordered wooden wicks and only found out when unpacking that they don't come with a stand. That's why we put it first on every wick page, and that's also why we keep the base wider: when you pour the hot wax, a narrow stand tips over and ruins your candle in the first minute.”
With the whole Servus wooden range. The four clips grip the base whatever the profile:
In wider containers, where two wicks are used, you need two stands for each candle. Count them in when you order.

No: each wick has its own stand. In the Servus workshop we often use two wooden wicks in larger-diameter candles or with certain types of container wax, each on its own metal stand, equally spaced from the centre. So a candle with two wicks needs two stands.
Yes. In the Servus workshop we often use the pieces of wick left over after cutting for shorter candles or for other designs. The metal stands let you fix these pieces of wick and turn them into a new candle.
As a rule, you need more stands than wicks. Wooden wicks can be cut for candles of different heights, and the leftover pieces can be reused for other designs. That is why, in craft production, more stands than wicks are often used.
Wooden wicks can be cut for candles of different heights. Extra stands let you use the leftover pieces of wick.
The stand is compatible with straight, cross, round and wave wooden wicks.
The metal stand holds the wooden wick at the base of the container and keeps it upright while the wax is poured and while the candle burns.
