Wedding and baptism candles, honeycomb candles and Easter candles. We make them by hand in our workshop in Maramureș, Romania, since 2010.
We write the names and the date at no extra cost. The text and pictures aren't stuck on the surface: they go into the wax, and we cover them with a thin sealing layer. Ask this about any personalised candle, wherever you buy it: is it stuck on the surface or sealed in the wax?
Before the parcel leaves, we send you photos on WhatsApp, and we ship only after you confirm.
If the candles arrive damaged in transit or handling, we remake them and send them again for free — personalised ones included. That's our Nu-i Bai Guarantee.
FAQ
Are Servus candles handmade?
Yes. We make every candle in this category by hand, in our workshops in Maramureș, Romania. Servus Dolce SRL has been registered as a manufacturer since 2010.
Do the names and the date cost extra?
No. We write the names and the date at no extra cost. The text goes into the wax and we cover it with a thin sealing layer; it isn’t stuck on the surface.
Can I see the candles before delivery?
Yes. Before the parcel leaves, we send you photos on WhatsApp, and we ship only after you confirm.
What if the candles arrive damaged?
We remake them and send them again for free, personalised ones included. That’s our Nu-i Bai Guarantee: let us know on the day you receive the parcel, with a photo of the product and of the packaging.
Do you also make soap, cosmetics or room sprays?
We’re preparing them: natural soap, shampoo, bath salt, room and car sprays, pet odour sprays, smoke odour sprays and diffusers. They will appear in this category when they’re ready. The raw materials for soap and cosmetics are already in our Raw materials category.
